  Bexhill on Sea was fantastic to deal with. Lovely friendly staff and very efficient. We were presented with a good car and it was ready on time. Big shout out for Dan who explained everything in great detail and made the hiring so easy for us. Very impressed and thoroughly recommend them at Bexhill.

  Rented a van from enterprise the cheapest daily cost I could find around, van was good and staff were friendly.

  Used Enterprise Bexhill Hastings as my car was hit by another driver. It's such an inconvenience & can be a very stressful situation however Jake was an absolute gentlemen & made the whole transition as quick & efficient as he possibly could. Jake was calm professional & walked me through all the necessary safety steps I was in & out within 20 minutes. Jake even offered extra help when returning the courtesy car whilst mine was being fixed to make the process even easier, would highly recommend thanks Jake!

  2 stars as Staff are friendly and helpful, but have now been left in what is otherwise known as a disgusting situation with no answer and needs resolving urgently. Also impossible to get any answers from customer services. Sunday we hired a car for it to break down 24 hours later. The car is still waiting to be recovered when it should have been taken earlier today. The branch are refusing a replacement vehicle until a report comes back from Nissan which can take up to 4 days. I’m not usually one to complain but this has now disrupted our lives as the car is needed for urgent care of my grandma. It was a 3 day hire due to repairs of personal car. Why would we wait a further 3-4 days to see if we can get a replacement when the policy runs out tomorrow? Enterpise has failed in its services and provided a vehicle not fit for use and now won’t rectify the situation even knowing the necessity of needing the car, causing us to not only be without a car for 2 days (today/tomorrow) but a potential 4 more days as we can’t even hire another one!! The staff are not to blame in any of this but this situation needs resolving asap. Please note, new car with faulty alternator, now battery is completely dead.
